The Forest Floor Fizz is a drink that captures the feeling of stepping into a shaded woodland grove—fresh, herbal, and quietly complex. Crafted at Ocean Beach Cafe, this zero-proof cocktail is a layered experience, offering the depth of a classic highball without the alcohol.

Inspired by the natural elements of the California coast, Forest Floor Fizz blends crisp citrus, grounding botanicals, and a hint of tea tannin to create a drink that’s both uplifting and calming.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz DHOS Gin-Free – A non-alcoholic spirit with botanical complexity

• 0.75 oz Kava Haven – Known for its calming properties and earthy depth

• 0.5 oz lemon juice – Adds brightness and balance

• 0.5 oz rosemary agave – A housemade infusion that brings aromatic sweetness

• 2 oz cold brew green tea – Light tannins and gentle caffeine

• Soda water – For effervescence and lift

• All The Bitter Meyer Lemon Verbena Bitters – A citrus-forward finish that ties the flavors together
